Mounting Table for Quick Master Articulator

Technical Instructions

This platform has been modified for mounting the PANADENT Kois Dento-Facial Analyzer onto Quick Master articulators.  

Technique:

1. Secure the platform to the lower member of the Quick articulator.
 
2. Place Index Tray on platform by aligning protruding pins of Index Tray to the holes on the Platform. The Platform now becomes a built-in bite fork support system.
3. Index study cast to impressions on the Index Tray.
 
4. Add plaster to mounting plate and cast and mount maxillary study cast in usual manner. Mount mandibular study cast in usual manner using interocclusal record.
 
5. The steepness and tilts of the occlusal plane as well as gingival contours can now be diagnosed for symmetry and balance.
