1. Prepare post in normal manner

2. Wax-up cast core coping on the master model
|
3. Position male burn-out into the survey tool, add soft wax to base
|

4. Position male pattern onto coping with surveyor
|
5. Complete wax-up, invest and cast
|
6. Complete cast core
|

7.Take final impression with cast cores seated in mouth
|
8. Position metal ring in placement tool
|
9. Use metal tool to attach ring onto male
|

10. Male with ring in place
|
11. Fill female housing with vaseline or silicon and position on male.
|
12. Properly positioned female
|
 |
|
13. On the master model (or in the mouth as a chair side procedure), secure silicon filled female housing into overdenture with self curing acrylic
|
14. Prosthesis with female in place
|
15. To change metal ring, use a small flat instrument to lever ring out of position. Insert new ring with placement tool (8)
