Intraclip for C & B Overview

Sintec’s Intraclip is a miniaturized attachment which can be used for over denture or cast partial application. Available in two sizes:

1. Regular: 3.20 mm - H 1.90 mm
2. Micro: 3.10 mm - H 1.50 mm

Each attachment consists of a male burn-out pattern, a metal or plastic female housing, and a pre-made metal ring for longer life and wear resistance. A connecting beam is included for cast partial application. Extremely easy to maintain. After extended wear, simply replace the metal ring at chair side.

Note to technicians:

• When using a plastic female, after duplication, the female should be placed in the duplication impression prior to pouring the refractory investment. This female will be a part of the wax-up and be cast as an integral part of the practical framework.
• When additional resilience is required, remove coping from master model, burnish a tin foil spacer over the prep, reposition coping and proceed.
• Metal ring is available in two retention levels:
  1. Matte, normal retention,
  2. Polished, increased retention

All attachments are shipped with increased retention ring unless otherwise requested.
