Using the Micro-Conector gauge, select the correct tissue cuff hieght 1mm Blue 2mm Green 3mm Red 4mm Yellow

|
Clip the plastic transfer coping "PEEK" onto the Micro-Conector
|
Take a silicone impression
(Hardness minimum 55 Shore) |
*Note: Transfer coping "PEEK" is designed to remain on the Micro-Conector when impression is removed.
Laboratory Procedure

Screw the Micro-Conector to the analog
|
Clip the plastic PEEK coping onto the Micro-Conector |
Apply a small drop of cyano-acrylic glue to the top of the PEEK coping |
 |
|
Reposition the PEEK coping with the analog into the impression according to the color coded gingival height instruction of the dentist
|
Fabricate the master model |
 |
|
Using the Micro-Conector gauge, select the correct tissue cuff height
|
1mm Blue 2mm Green 3mm Red 4mm Yellow |
Screw the Micro-Conector to the analog |
 |
|
Screw the Micro-Conector to the analog
|
Clip the low profile, spherical metal female
to the analog |
Proceed with wax-up for denture try-in |
 |
|
After try-in, fill the inside of the metal female with light silicone and reposition onto the master model
|
Eliminate excess silicone |
Complete acrylic denture as usual |
 |
|
A metal sub frame can be manufactured if desired
|
