Handpiece Burs
Diamond SINTERING is a process of manufacturing which incorporates extreme heat and pressure to bring about the cohesion of diamond particles and a metallic binder material.
Many manufacturers use a shorter and less expensive "Induction" process. However, Varenkor uses the original "Hot Press" method. Each Varenkor solid sintered diamond instrument is processed at thousands of degrees under tons of pressure for several hours ensuring dense, even wearing and non-contaminating matrixes.
Using only GE superabrasives (man made diamonds) and end-product compatible binders, Varenkor solid sintered diamond burs are of the highest quality available, but remain reasonably priced and are extremely economical to use.
