4. Adjust thickness of receiving platform according to occlusal space.

5. Position Intraclip male with surveyor rod.

6. Finish waxing around extension bar.

7.Complete wax-up.
|
8. Cast and finish metal framework.
|
9. Complete ceramic phase.
|

10. Place clip in positioning tool.
|
11. Position clip on male.
|
12. Verify seating of ring on male.
|
 |
|
13. Insert metal female housing into position.
|
14. Block out undercuts and provide space around female housing.
|
15. Proceed to silicon duplication of master model and pour refractory cast.
|
 |
|
16. Complete cast partial wax-up.
|
17. Cast and finish partial.
|
18. Reposition on master model.
|
 |
|
|
19. Fill inside of female with silicon to prevent acrylic from entering. Connect female to cast partial with self-curing acrylic. |
