Intraclip Overdenture

The Intraclip is quickly becoming the attachment of choice for over dentures. The male pattern is incorporated and cast with the wax-up of the abutment coping. A replaceable, resilient metal ring is positioned onto the male. The metal or plastic female housing is then processed into the over denture.

The metal replacement ring is available in two retention levels:

1. matte, normal
2. polished, increased retention

Extra resiliency can be created by removing the coping from the master model, burnishing a tin foil spacer over the prep, repositioning the coping and proceeding.
