Important Technical Tips

  1. When casting the male burn out pattern, ensure that the alloy has a minimum Vikers hardness of 300
  2. Use a surveyor rod when positioning 2 or more Micro 2 GM
  3. Using high fusing wax, carefully seal the space between the male/female assembled attachment parts and the model. This will prevent any acrylic from penetrating the housing
  4. Before processing the acrylic denture, it is extremely advisable to coal all parts affixed to the model with a tick and supple varnish. (Varnish available)
