Place 0.7 mm wax spacer under the saddle areas.

Cut out wax around attachment to a width of approximately 2 mm.

Proceed to duplication.

And investing.

Wax around attachment.

Complete the remainder of partial waxing.

Fill in the wells with wax and connect them to the pattern. Sprinkle plastic retention beads around attachment area.

Cast partial framework and finished in the usual manner.

Finished case.

Relieve the top of the male ball by 2/10 mm to allow for more vertical resiliency, if desired.

Insert plastic sleeve into the partial denture and grind out the extending portion flush with the metal cast (Do not cement).
